A good desi dinner spread balances textures and richness rather than just piling on more of the same. Aim for one rice dish, one or two protein-forward mains, a lighter side, and bread. Overloading on multiple heavy karahi dishes tends to overwhelm both the table and the guests.
- One rice-based centrepiece — Chicken Biryani (Full) works well for groups and travels/reheats better than most rice dishes.
- One saucy main — a Chicken or Beef Karahi (Full Kg) gives guests something to mop up with naan.

Timing Large Orders
For gatherings of 6 or more, place your order at least an hour ahead, and call or WhatsApp us directly rather than only using the website — this lets us confirm quantities, stagger cook times so everything arrives hot together, and flag anything that might need extra time (BBQ platters especially, since they're grilled fresh per order).
If you want food to arrive exactly when guests do, work backwards from your guest arrival time and account for our average 45-minute delivery window, plus a small buffer for larger orders.
