Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the YUM PUM website at https://www.yumpum.pk and all online ordering services provided by YUM PUM, located at Main Gujranwala Rd, Near UBL BANK, Kashmir Park Shahdra, Lahore, Pakistan ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using our platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Ordering

  • All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where an item is out of stock or where pricing errors have occurred.
  • You must provide accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or phone numbers.
  • Our menu, prices, and availability are updated regularly but may change without notice. The price shown at the time you place your order is the final price.
  • The minimum order amount for delivery is Rs 700. Orders below this threshold may only be collected in person.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform and place an order.

2. Payment

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. Additional payment methods may be added at any time.
  • For digital payments, transactions are processed securely. We do not store card or mobile wallet credentials on our servers.
  • Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Orders above the free-delivery threshold shown on the site are delivered free of charge.

3. Delivery

  • We deliver within our designated service area covering Shahdra and surrounding areas of Lahore. Availability may vary by zone and time of day.
  • Estimated delivery times are indicative only. Actual delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, order volume, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Risk and responsibility for the order passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our rider will attempt to contact you. After two failed contact attempts the order may be returned and a full refund may not be available for perishable items.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it by contacting us on WhatsApp at 0318-0142172. After this window your order will already be in preparation and cancellation may not be possible.
  • If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason (stock unavailability, service area, etc.) we will notify you promptly and a full refund will be issued within 24 hours.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these Terms.

5. Accuracy of Menu Information

We endeavour to keep all menu descriptions, ingredient lists, and allergen information accurate. However, menu items may change and our kitchen may handle common allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, and sesame. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is owned by YUM PUM or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, YUM PUM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service or from any order placed through the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
